At Blue Note Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, CD, or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original mailer or equivalent protective packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are properly cushioned to prevent warping or corner dings.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5-7 business days.
