Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.
How are records packaged to prevent damage during transit?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl records. Each shipment includes protective padding to ensure your albums arrive in pristine condition without corner dings or seam splits.
What is your return policy for open or used items?
We accept returns on unopened and defective items within 30 days of purchase. If a record is warped or has significant surface noise out of the box, please contact our support team for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer digital download codes with vinyl purchases?
Many of our new releases and reissues include a high-quality digital download code. Please check the specific product description on the item page to confirm if a digital version is included.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be changed. Please email support immediately for any urgent requests.
